Delete Your Account
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This page explains how to delete your Pierre AI account and the data associated with it. Pierre AI is operated by P.T. Lambert LLC.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, and does not trigger a refund.
If you subscribed inside the app, billing continues until you cancel it with Apple or Google. Cancel first, then delete your account.
- App Store: manage your Apple subscriptions
- Google Play: manage your Google Play subscriptions
- Subscribed on the web: cancel from the member portal, or email us at the address below and we will help.
Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
- Open Pierre AI on iOS, Android, or at ai.pierretlambert.com.
- Open Settings from the menu.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account and data are removed straight away, and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your account and cannot use the in-app option, email us from the email address on the account:
support@pierretlambert.com — subject line “Delete My Account”
We may need to verify that you own the account before acting on the request. We will confirm deletion within 30 days of verifying it.
You can also write to us at P.T. Lambert LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL, 33702, US.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile — name, camera gear, language and time zone.
- All conversations and messages, including Pierre AI's responses.
- All photographs you uploaded, and the stored descriptions of them.
- Saved facts about your photography — goals, struggles, preferences, milestones.
- Training programs, program answers and your progress through them.
- Coaching check-ins and notification preferences.
- Push notification registrations for your devices.
- Any generated speech audio still stored for your messages.
- Your subscription entitlement records held by us.
What we may keep
- Transaction and tax records. We retain records of purchases where we are legally required to, for financial, tax and dispute-resolution purposes.
- Backups. Residual copies may remain in routine system backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
- Anonymized records. Aggregate or anonymized information that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
- Records held by the stores. Your purchase history with Apple or Google is held by them under their own policies. We cannot delete it.
